Library Hosts 9th Annual Cumberland County Storytelling Festival

The Cumberland County Storytelling Festival is a free, county-wide programming that runs throughout March and features regional folklore, marionettes, puppet shows and crafts at all library locations. This year’s theme is “My passport around the world.”
